Yaakov Elkon, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Yaakov Elkon has led Graphnet for nearly two decades through his focused vision, his strong leadership, an unmatched sense of business & work ethics, and a lifetime of expertise in computer-based telecommunication systems. Mr. Elkon became CEO of the company in 1989 and provided the foundation that has allowed Graphnet to emerge as a global leader in the information transport industry. Under his guidance, Graphnet has come to specialize in systems integrations, developing unique solutions for Fortune 1000 clients over its proprietary voice and data IP network. As a result of Mr. Elkon’s dedication, Graphnet’s reputation as a well-respected and professional business-solutions provider continues today.

Prior to joining Graphnet, Mr. Elkon served as the Vice President of Messaging for Sprint Corporation. Before joining Sprint, he had a successful career at IBM for over 18 years first as a Senior Architect for large-scale systems then moving onto several managerial roles in Business Development with the Latin America & the Far East division. Mr. Elkon received BSc & MSc degrees in Aeronautics & Astronautics as well as an ScD degree in Computer Science – all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Idan Elkon, Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Idan Elkon joined Graphnet in 1993 and has held various positions. These include that of Marketing Analyst, International Business Liaison, Director of Carrier Relations/Business Development, and Vice President of Carrier Relations/Business Development. Mr. Elkon has been instrumental in developing and managing Graphnet's global pricing, telecom purchasing, and routing. Mr. Elkon also oversees the network provision and carrier settlement & reconciliation departments. In 1997 he directed Graphnet's venture into the telephony business in Europe and the United States. Mr. Elkon received his BA degree in Economics and International Relations from Wesleyan University.

Guy Conte, Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Guy Conte joined Graphnet in 1989 and since then has held various positions, including company representative to the International Telecommunication Union, Intelsat and the Federal Communications Commission. He was Vice President of Technology Sales and Channel Sales until 1999. Mr. Conte is currently responsible for Graphnet’s Finance/Treasury department. Prior to joining Graphnet, he was employed with the ITT World Communications as Vice President of Revenue Accounting and Settlements. Mr. Conte has a BSc degree from Holy Cross College and an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.
